We need to stand up an LMS and build a top-notch instructional design team. Our member education was brought to a halt by the pandemic. The new team will create online, hybrid, and in-person training and education. Our new, flexible learning approach will ensure we reach our audience effectively and most importantly, scale our impact beyond in-person training.

Teamed immediately provided a freelance Senior LMS Administrator to set up the LMS given the client’s tight timeline. Within 60 days they hired their permanent LMS Admin and 2 Senior IDs. The 3rd ID role was paused to enable the client to focus onboarding the new employees and meet current project deadlines.

• 5-10 Contract Curriculum Writers

We have a surge of new projects. We’re seeking long-term contractors who have experience writing high school level curriculum, aligning content with standards, and utilizing scaffolding techniques like chunking and formative assessment. It’ a bonus if they’re open to potential employee conversion after successful completion of the contract.

7 contractors were hired and completed the project within six months. 3 contractors have continued working on new projects.

• 3 Full-Time, Contract eLearning Developers

We won a large government contract. Given our client, we need eLearning developers with Army or DoD experience for a 1 year, full-time project. The candidates must be skilled in Adobe Captivate and have experience developing eLearning modules from the ground up.

3 contractors were hired via our hiring services. Teamed legally onboarded all contractors, set up the time sheets, and processes weekly payroll.

• VP of Learning Product Design and Production

We’re in search of an accomplished learning design leader to spearhead the design and development of our continuing education products. This role includes solidifying our learning strategy, continuing to build and foster skill growth within the team, and lead the creation of an innovative, new product offering.

Teamed identified outstanding candidates each with a track record of leading teams in designing, building, and innovating in educational product development. They possessed a range of salary expectations, experience, and degree levels. The candidate with the right mix of skills and cultural fit was chosen.

• 1 Contract Instructional Designer

We aim to create two online certificate courses over the next three months. Our team hasn’t had the opportunity to build online courses yet and thus lack prior expertise and a defined model for the courses. This program will feature extensive video content from a diverse array of preeminent experts in our field. Relationship management with SMEs is important.
