Mays Business School is seeking an innovative and strategic Director of Learning Delivery to lead the design, execution, and optimization of online and hybrid learning environments and optimize the student learning experience. In this role, you will provide visionary leadership in developing college-wide goals and strategies for digital learning, oversee instructional teams, manage virtual learning studios, and ensure alignment of learning delivery workflows with Texas A&M University priorities. As the Director of Learning Delivery, you will also contribute to policy development, supports academic leadership, and deliver actionable insights through data analytics and progress reporting.
