As a Sr. Instructional Design Associate IIsupporting our customer team, you will design and facilitate learning to help onboard and sustain the training needs of our Contact Center team members.

Location: Hybrid, downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Responsibilities: 

  • Work collaboratively with Contact Center partners such as team leaders, supervisors, quality assurance partners and fellow training counterparts to understand and prioritize learning needs.
  • Design, develop, and facilitate learning programs (both classroom and virtual) for new hire onboarding and continuous employee development.
  • Create learning assets and resources that provide ‘just in time’ support to team members.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and performance metrics.
  • Regularly review and update learning content to reflect changes in policy, process, or technology.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to share the impact of learning programs on both learners and the department.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communication or a related field required.
  • Proven experience of four or more (4+) years in learning and development required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word required.
  • Experience in learning platforms such as Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline preferred.
  • Experience using the Adobe Creative Clous is a plus.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.

  • Possess strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
