The Stanford Accelerator for Learning is seeking a highly organized and mission-driven Project Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and support the continued growth of Education Entrepreneurship Hub. This role plays a key part in building a dynamic community that brings together faculty, students, funders, and school partners to turn bold ideas and research into real-world education solutions. We’re looking for a collaborative, hands-on leader who can design and deliver accelerator-style programming, build cross-sector partnerships, support early-stage teams, and track outcomes with care and precision. POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Executive Director of the Stanford Accelerator for Learning, the Project Manager will help design, implement, and coordinate multiple programmatic efforts that advance the Education Entrepreneurship Hub’s mission. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities while engaging a diverse group of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative mindset strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in supporting education entrepreneurs and translating research into real-world impact.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (i.e. education, social sciences, business, etc.) and three years of related experience in management of projects of moderate size/complexity with limited performance risk, including project planning, scheduling, tracking, and budgeting, or a combination of education and experience.

The expected pay range for this position is $125,600 – $147,402 per annum. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
