Position: Learning Experience Designer
Compensation: Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $70,000 – $75,000 plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. Summary:
The Learning Experience Designer is responsible for the management of immersive, learner-centered programs. This role involves not only designing and facilitating engaging learning solutions but also overseeing project timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring that all deliverables are met within deadlines. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure learning content is dynamic, accessible, and effective for diverse learners while maintaining clear project goals and milestones.
