Join the Gertens Corporate Education team as an LMS Administrator & Instructional Designer, where you’ll play a key role in developing and delivering engaging learning content while managing and supporting our Gertens University Learning Management System (LMS).

This role combines instructional design with technical LMS administration and offers a dynamic opportunity to work cross-functionally to support company-wide learning initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop engaging, high-quality training materials and online course content.
  • Support the LMS Manager in implementing, organizing, and maintaining courses within the LMS.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity within the LMS.
  • Manage end-user support, troubleshooting issues and communicating technical information clearly.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on learner data, including surveys and course effectiveness.
  • Juggle multiple priorities and projects under tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of related experience in LMS administration, instructional design, systems analysis, or similar roles.
  • Experience with SCORM, Articulate, Microsoft Sway, Adobe, and Canva preferred.
  • Strong understanding of learning technologies and LMS platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand terms for end users.
