We’re looking for an individual who will develop, maintain, and improve training and enablement content for customers, partners, and employees.

What would you do, if hired?

  • Create, deliver, and maintain compelling and engaging on-demand and instructor-led CX enablement and product training content.
  • Apply best practices in adult learning theory and instructional design.
  • Develop engaging, hands-on exercises and activities to enhance learning. 
  • Manage certification programs and performative assessments.
  • Develop and uplevel role-based learning paths for customers and employees.
  • Cultivate relationships and partner with internal CX stakeholders.
  • Manage a scalable process to reflect current product updates in our library of educational content.

Who are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of enablement experience at a high-growth enterprise software or technology company.
  • Previous experience developing on-demand and instructor-led training for various audiences, including customers, employees, and partners.
  • Track record of designing and executing successful product enablement and certification programs at scale. 
  • History of cultivating internal relationships and working cross-functionally with CX, product, engineering, and marketing departments. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering live technical training sessions. 
  • Ability to interpret and transfer technical content into clear and easy to understand terms for non-technical audiences. 
  • Previous LMS experience, preferably with Skilljar. 
  • Experience with instructional design tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline), Camtasia, Snagit, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc. 
  • Familiarity with WCAG Accessibility best practices.

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $65,000 and $85,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
