Manager, Content Management

Position Overview:

We are looking for an individual who will work cross-functionally to design and implement scalable solutions for training and content delivery, supporting a diverse range of stakeholders, operations teams, project managers, customer experience teams, and operations staff. This role is essential to building a customer-obsessed culture, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation in how we train our teams and deliver content at Bloom. 

We are looking for an exceptional individual who can: 

  • Drive the creation and implementation of a comprehensive training program that aligns with business objections, regulatory requirements and stakeholder needs across Operations. 
  • Lead, develop and mentor team of Instructional Designers and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence. 
  • Create a manager coaching model that aligns with the sales models and skills taught in new hire training. 
  • Enhance interactivity and practice throughout the new hire journey. 
  • Redesign learning paths to maximize self-directed development, peer-to-peer learning, and manager involvement. 
  • Create a library of learner content and manager led modules to support the new hire, post new hire training. 
  • Track, evaluate, and iterate content effectiveness using feedback loops, performance metrics, and learner analytics to drive continuous improvement. 
  • Develop a training and development strategy in line with the overall strategic and operational needs of internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Identify training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, and partnership with our sales teams at all levels. 
  • Establish strong relationships with sales teams to ensure all training and development initiatives are aligned with business needs and result in overall improvement. 
  • Oversee the design and maintenance of our content, ensuring it is engaging, up-to-date and tailored to the correct audience. 
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in training, content management, and adult learning methodologies, applying this knowledge to advance our team capabilities. 
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Training, Learning and Development, or a related field or minimum 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.  
  • 5+ years of experience managing training teams, instructional design, and/or content management in fast-paced environments, with a proven ability to deliver impactful training programs. 
  • 5+ years of experience hiring, leading, and developing cross-functional teams. 
  • 2+ years of experience in the Medicare space preferred

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and content development best practices, with a track record of delivering training that drives measurable outcomes. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs in a dynamic environment. 
  • A collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience measuring training effectiveness and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights. 
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders and cross-functional teams in an engaging and accessible manner. 
  • A passion for working in a fully remote environment, with demonstrated ownership, accountability, and adaptability.
