Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual that is passionate about creating engaging and effective content. We are looking for an individual who will work cross-functionally to design and implement scalable solutions for training and content delivery, supporting a diverse range of stakeholders, operations teams, project managers, customer experience teams, and operations staff. This role is essential to building a customer-obsessed culture, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation in how we train our teams and deliver content at Bloom.
