  • Support the design and delivery of learning experiences by assisting with preparing training materials, and helping to update the Learning Management System (LMS), while learning to apply instructional design models and digital tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe, Vyond).
  • Assist in content and program development efforts by collaborating with team members to organize resources, draft basic learning content, and coordinate logistics for training sessions, gaining exposure to best practices in adult learning theory, instructional design, and facilitation.

Employee Engagement

  • Support the enterprise and internal committees in the planning, coordinating, and execution of events that foster connection, recognition, and belonging.
  • Manage logistics such as invitations, room setup, tech support, and event communications.
  • Capture moments through photos or video to create engaging recaps and legacy storytelling.
  • Stay attuned to employee needs and interests to evolve communications and learning offerings.
  • Coordinate across functions to ensure initiatives are aligned and well-communicated.

Digital Platform Management

  • Maintain content on internal platforms to ensure consistency, accuracy, and freshness.
  • Help organize resources related to engagement, communication, and learning in central content hubs.

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills; comfortable leading in-person and virtual sessions.
  • Proficiency in visual design and communication tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar.
  • Experience supporting events and managing project logistics.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following through on initiatives.
  • Collaborative spirit with adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving and evolving team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
