Opportunity Overview:

The Learning & Development team is responsible for empowering our team members to grow meaningful careers and deliver exceptional experiences at POP MART. We do this through impactful training programs, leader-led coaching, job aids, our Learning Management System (LMS), and dynamic learning experiences across departments.

As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you will support the development, coordination, and delivery of learning initiatives across the organization. This role bridges strategy and execution—ensuring that training programs, communications, and learning operations are delivered smoothly and effectively. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams, maintain learning tools and platforms, and help ensure learning initiatives are inclusive, relevant, and aligned with business goals.

What You Will Achieve

  • Coordinate the rollout and logistics of training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions across departments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for learning-related inquiries, offering timely and practical support to team members and leaders.
  • Maintain course assignments, records, and completions within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Track learner engagement, feedback, and completion data to assess training impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in creating, editing, and proofreading training communications, job aids, and learning materials to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as Retail, Operations, HR, and Marketing—to align learning initiatives with organizational needs.
  • Support the planning and logistics of internal events, such as leadership training, and company-wide learning initiatives.
  • Manage vendor communications and coordinate training resources to ensure smooth execution of learning projects.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (required).
  • 2+ years of professional experience in Learning & Development, HR, Training Coordination, or similar corporate function.
  • Experience working within a corporate or multi-department environment, supporting teams across varying levels and functions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills—able to translate technical or operational content into accessible learning materials.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite, experience with learning platforms or LMS administration a plus.
  • Passionate about helping others grow, thrive, and connect through learning.
  • Creativity and curiosity—comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., at a desk) for extended periods while operating office equipment.
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally to support training sessions or team events.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
