Manager, Learning & Performance Strategy

The Manager, Learning & Performance Strategy will play a critical role in this transformation. You’ll strengthen the connection between learning and performance data, helping us move from descriptive reporting to predictive, adaptive learning experiences that deliver measurable business impact. You’ll also help the organization transition from a human‑centric learning model to a human + AI performance ecosystem—one that optimizes human growth while enabling AI technologies to become more effective through the insights our agents generate.

This role leads the strategy for advancing our learning analytics and performance insights capabilities within Agent Effectiveness. You’ll partner across L&D, QA, and Analytics to connect disparate data sources—like LMS activity, certification records, and performance indicators—into a cohesive picture of agent development. Your work will turn these inputs into business intelligence that informs learning design, identifies skill opportunities, and enables the next generation of data‑driven learning personalization.

Reporting into the Learning Experience Design team in L&D, this role will help us move beyond descriptive reporting toward predictive analytics and smarter automation—laying the groundwork for a future where learning is continuously guided by performance data. You’ll influence and coordinate the roadmap, align technical and analytics partners, and ensure that insights flow seamlessly between learning and agent platforms.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive the strategy and roadmap for integrating learning and performance data across systems and tools within Agent Effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to define business questions, translate them into data requirements, and interpret insights that inform targeted learning initiatives.
  • Partner with L&D peers and QA to identify trends and opportunities that improve agent capability, certification progress, and overall performance.
  • Shape foundational data practices and feedback loops that support scalable, evidence‑based learning experiences.
  • Contribute to horizon‑building efforts for adaptive and predictive learning models in partnership with analytics and technology teams.
  • Ensure alignment across cross‑functional partners to maximize the value of learning and performance data throughout the employee journey.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experienced learning professional with a blend of operational and analytical fluency—skilled at connecting performance insights to practical learning strategies.
  • Strong capabilities in influencing roadmap priorities and driving cross‑functional collaboration with L&D, QA, and analytics partners.
  • Skilled communicator able to translate complex data signals into clear, actionable learning insights.
  • Familiar with modern learning platforms, CRM and performance systems, and BI tools (e.g., Sana Labs, Salesforce, AWS Connect, Tableau, or equivalent).
  • Naturally curious and systems‑oriented, with a passion for improving how data supports human performance and growth.
