The Senior Learning Facilitation Professional facilitates training courses for organization employees or external audiences.

Location: In office Waterside Building Louisville, KY 

The Senior Learning Facilitation role supports the DEO (Dual Eligible Outreach) business strategy by planning, coordinating, and conducting all aspects of operational training. The Learning Facilitator is responsible for ensuring effectiveness of training programs and makes/recommends modifications as necessary. They will consult with internal business partners to match organizational needs with the appropriate learning solutions. By assessing learning needs, delivering learning solutions, and selecting appropriate media for delivery to include online tools or content; you will build organizational capability and effectiveness.

Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze and research policies, processes and procedures to develop learning strategies and plans.
  • Implement and execute training programs using Adult Learning Theory
  • Observe and consult with frontline associates to meet their needs for the most useful format, method and content of documentation as well as identify gaps.
  • Update and train associates in DEO on changing processes and support proficiency development
  • Conduct evaluations to ensure program effectiveness, making modifications as necessary.
  • Maintain functional proficiency in the content areas for which you are delivering instruction.
  • Development of assessments, activities, and participant materials.
  • Collaborate with Learning team and all areas of DEO to design and maintain DEO training curriculum.

Use your skills to make an impact 

Role Essentials  

  • 5 or more years of training, facilitation, process improvement and/or learning development experience
  • Understanding of curriculum design and adult learning principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms

Role Desirables  

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience using a wide variety of training tools to effectively facilitate to a wide audience

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. 

$71,100 – $97,800 per year 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
