The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location:
For Orange, CT: $79,000 to $99,000
For Boston: $83,000 to $104,000
Summary:
We’re looking for an Analyst to help improve our leadership development programs by making processes more efficient and using data to drive decisions. In this role, you’ll automate workflows, analyze learning metrics, and build dashboards that provide actionable insights. You’ll also coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events to ensure a smooth experience for participants. Your work will support the successful delivery of programs that align with business goals.
