Analyst – Learning & Development

Reporting to: Sr Manager, Learning & Development

Location: Boston or Orange, CT

Work Type: Office

The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location:

For Orange, CT: $79,000 to $99,000

For Boston: $83,000 to $104,000

Summary:

We’re looking for an Analyst to help improve our leadership development programs by making processes more efficient and using data to drive decisions. In this role, you’ll automate workflows, analyze learning metrics, and build dashboards that provide actionable insights. You’ll also coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events to ensure a smooth experience for participants. Your work will support the successful delivery of programs that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and maintain learning data from multiple sources and update our Workday Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Create dashboards to track participation and outcomes, highlighting insights that inform business decisions.
  • Analyze trends and recommend improvements to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Automate routine tasks like participant communications and data entry and assist with those tasks during automation rollouts.
  • Document workflows and train team members on tools and dashboards.
  • Manage logistics for virtual and in-person events, including scheduling, materials, payments, onsite support, and virtual features like breakout rooms and chat moderation.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or project coordination, ideally in learning and development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Power BI, Excel, Power Automate).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating learning events or working with external vendors.
  • Experience with Workday.
  • Knowledge of instructional design or adult learning principles.
