Opportunity Overview:
The Learning Experience Designer is a key member of the Learning & Development team, responsible for building and managing POP MART’s digital learning ecosystem. This role combines LMS administration, content library management, and eLearning content creation to ensure our store and field teams have access to effective, engaging, and consistent learning experiences.
This role brings training programs to life by transforming existing materials into digital modules, maintaining the learning library, and ensuring a seamless learner experience across the organization.
This is a hands-on, creative role ideal for someone who loves organizing content, building learning systems, and developing digital modules that make training accessible and enjoyable.
This is an onsite role out of our Culver City, CA office.
