About the Role, Mission or Department Overview
The Manager, Learning & Development will help design and deliver enterprise-wide learning programs.
Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, you will focus on building engaging leadership and core skills programs, managing vendor partnerships and through data, reporting, and process improvements.
You will also facilitate sessions and collaborate with partners to ensure learning programs are impactful, scalable and aligned with organizational priorities.

This is a hybrid role based in our New York headquarters with office attendance 3 days per week.

The annual base pay range for this role is between:
$115,000 – $125,000 USD
For roles in the U.S., dependent on your role, you may be eligible for variable pay, such as an annual bonus and restricted stock.
