Teamed is seeking a senior Instructional Designer to architect a multi-month Capital Selling Program for sales leaders across APAC. This role will focus on extracting expertl knowledge from high-performing capital sales professionals and translating it into a structured, scalable enablement framework.

This is not a content production role. We are seeking a strategic performance architect who can define core sales capabilities, design a time-layered learning journey, evaluate delivery and technology options, and establish how behavior change and success will be measured across markets. After successful completion the project may be extended to include production and production management.

The program will support commercialization of a high-value orthopedic platform across multiple APAC regions and must account for cross-market variation, stakeholder complexity, and limited field coaching infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured stakeholder interviews across APAC markets (aligned to Singapore time zone)
  • Extract and synthesize sales knowledge from top-performing capital reps and leaders
  • Define 4–5 core sales capabilities across the capital sales lifecycle
  • Develop measurable learning objectives aligned to behavior change
  • Architect a 6-month time-layered learning journey (pre-work, live sessions, reinforcement, follow-up)
  • Evaluate delivery and technology options within current LMS constraints (Cornerstone) and low-tech environments
  • Design a simple, executable process model that supports adoption across markets
  • Recommend asset types, sequencing, and phased build roadmap
  • Define success indicators and measurement approach (behavioral and performance-aligned)
  • Present executive-ready documentation and revise based on stakeholder feedback

Qualifications

  • 7+ years instructional design experience
  • Demonstrated experience designing enterprise sales enablement programs
  • Experience supporting long-cycle, complex B2B or capital sales environments
  • Strong stakeholder interviewing, synthesis, and consulting skills
  • Experience designing multi-phase learning journeys with reinforcement loops
  • Ability to align enablement to measurable business or behavioral outcomes
  • Ability to collaborate during morning Singapore hours

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in MedTech or healthcare environments
  • Familiarity with LMS environments such as CornerstoneExperience working across APAC or multi-market regions
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools to improve analysis and design efficiency
