Not targeted enough
I tried the major features and found; Extension - Is helpful for autofilling parts of an application form and will alert you of potential gaps between your materials and the job description Job Matches - They weren't super relevant as they tended to be generic word matches rather than targeted matches that took into account nuances in my experience and goals. In addition, these were positions from large companies that likely have hundreds to thousands of applicants. I'm better off finding my own jobs. Resume Updates - It created a resume in a very generic format that would not be persuasive to a hiring manager. In addition it missed key details like a summary paragraph, targeted custom professional title, and even adding key skills. Overall, I won't be using this tool.
