AI & Productivity Learning & Development

Tuesday, June 3, 2025 2:00pm – 3:00pm EDT

By: Russ Hill, Cofounder and Managing Partner, Lone Rock Leadership

Today’s learning and development professionals, corporate trainers, or talent development leaders are standing at a crossroads. The role of L&D is shifting—those who fail to evolve risk becoming irrelevant.

AI, automation, and executive demands for measurable business impact are changing the game. Being a “nice to have” won’t cut it anymore. You must move from merely delivering training to proving strategic value—or risk being sidelined.

During this event, you will learn:

  • Why L&D professionals are increasingly being seen by business leaders as expendable—and how to change that perception
  • The critical shift from training creator and deliverer to business impact driver
  • How to deliver leadership development programs that drive measurable ROI and business results
  • How to embrace AI instead of fearing it
