The Assistant, US Learning and Development is the backbone of the Global Learning and Talent Development Team, ensuring that all day-to-day operations are running smoothly and taking ownership over ongoing programs to maintain a service-oriented approach and high-quality delivery of our core US programs and offerings.
This role will report to the Director, US Learning and Development and work in close partnership with our wider Learning and Development partners. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all US-specific training logistics and support while partnering closely with the Director to conduct ongoing learning needs analyses, scope out opportunities for further program development based on business demands, and deliver high quality programs.

This is a hybrid position based in our offices in New York, NY 2-3 days per week. The candidate should be available to work in-office to attend on-site meetings and support on-site learning events. Candidates from the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT, PA) who can reliably commute to our office at 1745 Broadway are encouraged to apply.
The salary for this position is $51,000. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to Company results.
