About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Education Manager to own and expand our customer-facing and internal enablement resources. This self-directed, proactive individual contributor role will combine technical writing, instructional design, and content strategy to create and maintain technical documentation, short-form videos, and learning paths.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly product docs, FAQs, and internal guides.
  • Repurpose documentation into multiple formats (e.g., step-by-step guides, how-to articles, release notes).
  • Produce simple, engaging tutorial videos (screen recordings, voiceovers, quick demos) to complement written content.
  • Collaborate closely with product, support, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and up-to-date content.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience writing product documentation and managing a knowledge base
  • 3+ years of experience creating end-user training or other applicable adult-learning materials
  • Ability to create simple, engaging video tutorials to complement written content
  • Strong organizational and information architecture skills with an eye for clarity and consistency
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, support, and marketing
  • Ability to manage changing requirements, shifting workflows, and competing priorities
  • Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing an LMS (e.g., Skilljar, Docebo, Articulate)
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM/AMS software
  • Background in insurance or other highly regulated industries
  • Experience managing or engaging in customer communities and forums

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 – $115,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
