University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks an Assistant within the Digital Student Experience Team (DSE) and the Office of Student Affairs (SAF).
The DSE Assistant, within the Digital Student Experience team, will support the DSE department’s operations, including essential administrative and operational support to ensure seamless execution of projects. This may include, but is not limited to, supporting project tracking and reporting, developing standard operating procedures and templates, and creating presentation materials. The DSE Assistant will also support the coordination of student feedback opportunities and other activities related to the collection of student insights for various projects within DSE. These feedback sessions could be in the form of surveys, interviews, panel discussions, and focus groups.
