Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

$111,600.00 – $184,200.00

In BI Operations, we’re seeking a Dir, Learning Partner over our Data & Insights capability to sustain and advance our data driven learning culture. As a Dir, Learning Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner with business partners, subject matter experts, and learning teams to understand business goals to influence and drive learning solutions that support short and long-term business goals across lines of business, programs, and/or functions. You will lead the analysis, evaluation, and execution of learning strategies as it relates to programs and business goals including proactively reporting metrics to leadership. You will foster strong relationships with business partners and learning teams across multiple functions.
