Department Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Field Learning Consultant to join our Columbus Field Office. This role serves as a trusted advisor and partner to leadership, business partners, Owner/Operators, and key stakeholders. The consultant will facilitate best-in-class learning and development programs for diverse learners, including staff, Owner/Operators, restaurant management, and other key roles. As the subject matter expert (SME) in training, learning, and development, you will drive behavioral change that improves business results.
Purpose
Change individuals’ behavior that improves business results by consulting in training, operational standards and facilitating field training classes.
