How do you excel in this position

As an Instructional Designer, you will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create impactful learning experiences using modalities such as eLearning, Instructor-led training, and job aids. This position plays an essential role in evaluating training effectiveness, managing LMS administration, and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is required.
• Three (3) years of professional, corporate experience designing complex, instructionally sound training programs using multiple delivery methods (e.g., instructor-led, eLearning, multimedia-enhanced), required.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Camtasia, required.
• Demonstrated experience creating content outlines (COs) and high-level design documents (HLDDs) to guide the development of structured training, required.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including administration, reporting, and troubleshooting, required.
• Proficiency in incorporating multimedia assets (e.g., audio, video, graphics) to enhance learning content, required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
