This position is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality training and resources, systems, and performance support for the Great Clips system and corporate employees. The Instructional Designer role works closely with other members of the instructional design team and Education Services staff to ensure training content meets the needs of all stakeholders.
You will be responsible for designing and developing online courses, instructional presentations, and supporting resources, as well as providing user support for Great Clips University (GCU). On your journey, you will face challenges such as:
We’re looking for a candidate who has formal training or education in instructional design or a related field and 5 or more years of experience working in an instructional design role. Your experience should include participating in the end-to-end life cycle of elearning development, including designing and developing elearning courses, instructional presentations, and supplemental learning resources. This is a hybrid work position requiring a combination of in-office workdays and the option to work from home on the remaining days. Working remotely will require reliable, secure internet.
