We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Instructional Designer position located in Provo, Utah. The individual we are looking for is someone who enjoys working in a team environment and excels at an individual level. The Instructional Designer designs and delivers complete learning solutions for clearly defined business needs. This role determines how to solve assigned learning problems, partners with stakeholders to shape solutions, and is responsible for quality delivery within an agreed scope.

Responsibilities include:

  • Own assigned learning projects from design through delivery
  • Recommend instructional approaches, modalities, and sequencing
  • Design and develop eLearning, workshops, blended solutions, and performance support
  • Facilitate SME sessions and manager expectations within projects.
  • Apply and propose patterns and templates intentionally and provide feedback on their effectiveness
  • Conduct QA and iterate based on learner, SME, and Stakeholder feedback
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:      

  • 2-4 years of professional design experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, ID, Education, or equivalent experience preferred
