What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Instructional Designer. In the role, the Instructional Designer will be responsible for will collaborate closely with Department Leads, Product, Marketing, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and develop high-impact documentation and learning materials.
This role is responsible for creating clear, accurate, and scalable resources – including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, FAQs, training manuals, job aids, microlearning videos, and video scripts – that support onboarding, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
The successful candidate has a strong background in instructional design and adult learning, combined with proven experience in technical and process writing. This individual will serve as a strategic partner across departments, translating complex systems, tools, and workflows into accessible content that drives performance. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while developing structured content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
