Job Description
Overview
The Instructional Designer will design and develop learning and practicing experiences in order to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner, both for clinical and non-clinical staff. The Instructional Designer will use strong interpersonal, written, and visual communication skills to bring together text, images, video and audio to communicate and educate our leaders and employees. The Instructional Designer will upload, critique, and manage assignments in the electronic learning management system.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $33.72per hour – $58per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
