As an instructional designer lead on the Agency Process team, you’ll design, develop, and deliver innovative training solutions that empower our independent agents and sales representatives to succeed. In this role, you’ll lead the creation of impactful learning solutions aligned with organizational goals and performance improvement initiatives. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to assess training needs, identify learning requirements, and develop strategies that deliver measurable results.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to Corporate Headquarters (300 North Commons Blvd., Mayfield Village, Ohio) roughly three to four times per year.

Must-have qualifications

  • A minimum of six years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives
  • {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of three years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives

Preferred skills

  • Strong expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and multimedia development
  • A creative approach with the ability to transform complex concepts into engaging learning materials
  • Ability to bring to bear AI tools to enhance the design and development process of learning solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond, and SharePoint
  • A proactive problem-solving approach and a commitment to continuous improvement

Compensation

  • $79,200 – $105,600/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
