Duties and Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
The Law School Instructional Design team in the Law School’s Office of Academic Affairs supports instructional design across all programs in the School of Law (J.D. and non-J.D). Instructional designers collaborate across the law school and university, working closely with Law School Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Academic Program Directors, faculty, and staff as well as with Law School Computing Services and University Office of Online Learning to provide instructional design support based on best practices in the areas of curricular and course design, technology, and related training and documentation.
Law School Instructional Designers report to the Associate Dean for Administration with accountability to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Academic Program Directors.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience
Master’s degree and three to five years of experience in instructional design, instructional technology or related field required. Equivalent combination of experience may be considered.
