Meta is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join the Business Education team, a global training team dedicated to delivering exceptional learning experiences for people across multiple channels. As an Instructional Designer on the Meta Blueprint team, you will play a crucial role in designing content that educates small businesses, agencies, global partners, and advertisers on how to achieve their business goals using the Meta family of apps and services.
The Business Education team creates Meta Blueprint learning content and has three pillars: Online (eLearning: online courses and video), In-person (live and virtual webinars), and Certification (proctored exams that test advanced-level competency in advertising). In this role, you will have the opportunity to create educational content for various global audiences, collaborating internally with teams across the organization to curate training content, explore new training methods, and develop ILT, VILT, video and eLearning education solutions. You will be responsible for new content development and maintenance of existing content with regular updates, ensuring that our scaled education remains accessible to businesses of all sizes.
Our team is passionate about making a meaningful impact through business education, and we’re looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm. If you have a passion for instructional design, enjoy being hands-on in developing world-class learning materials, and are excited about joining a growing team, then this might be the right opportunity for you.
