Summary of Job Duties:
The Instructional Designer position is an integral part of the Talent Development Team in Human Resources. The Instructional Designer will work collaboratively with team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders in designing and developing training materials for various projects, including but not limited to compliance, technical systems, operational support, and Workday.
Training modalities may include but are not limited to technical manuals, instructional videos, eLearning modules, web design, support walkthroughs, and instructor-led training. The position will also be expected to act as coordinator for training projects.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
