We’re looking for experienced Instructional Designers to support our training projects that include highly technical topics.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a blueprint with a description of learning items based on the provided curriculum map and materials from SME;
  • Work with the SME closely to get all the needed technical details;
  • Identify inconsistencies in the provided content from SME and ask for clarifications or additional information;
  • Make suggestions for Curriculum Map update;
  • Based on the approved blueprints create storyboards;
  • Work closely with the production team to brainstorm and design the most suitable interactive activity for each scenario, based on the type of content being taught.

Requirements: 

  • 1–2+ years’ experience in instructional design for corporate/workplace training.
  • Familiar with Gagné, Merrill, SAM-R, or other instructional design models.
  • Comfortable with highly technical content and curious to learn new domains.
  • Strong communicator and collaborative partner.
  • Bonus if you have a background in learning sciences, UX design, communication, or behavioral science—and business acumen is a plus!
