As a Learning Architect, you will design and deliver engaging learning solutions to support employees at all stages, from early-in-career to manager development. This role plays a critical part in enabling employees to build skills that drive business success, ensuring that learning programs are accessible, effective, and aligned with Lyft’s values and priorities. Your primary audience will be people managers, with a focus on new and early-in-career people managers. Secondarily, you’ll also develop and deliver learning programs and experiences for individual contributors.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
The expected base pay range for this position in the New York City area is $84,000 – $105,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
