About the job
Our PeopleDev team works hard to ensure every Googler has access to the resources they need to become their best personal and professional selves. We leverage tools, technology, and innovative formats to scale learning and support Googlers at all stages of their careers — from Noogler Orientation, to manager training, to leadership development, and more. We have four key beliefs about learning — that it is personal, social, a process, and happens in real life — and we infuse these beliefs throughout the wide array of learning and development opportunities at Google. As a PeopleDev team member, you’ll always be thinking about new ways to help others grow, and you share a passion for empowering Googlers to unlock their full potential.
As a Compliance Content Designer, you will sit at the intersection of learning design and program management. You will influence learning program design with your interest in learning design, while ensuring that design goals are in scope, adequately resourced, and built to achievable timelines. You will be a key player in ensuring that compliance learning programs are user-focused, effective, innovative, and delivered on time. You will maintain strategic partnerships, balance dependencies, and help keep the RCI Education and Awareness team on track. The RCI Education and Awareness team is responsible for compliance training, communication and awareness processes that help to ensure we are following the policies, guidelines, and the laws and regulations that impact the innovative products, and ensure the business achieves its goals consistent with the law and the company’s expectations.
