Job Description

Do you thrive on designing and creating? As a Learning Designer and Trainer, you will be creating and delivering learning content to our customers, partners and colleagues enhancing their experience and success with their Sage product. In this role, you will be managing the development process while partnering with subject matter experts, product managers, product engineers, and other stakeholders internally and externally to provide learning content on our product. You will also have the opportunity to attend corporate and educational events + conferences with your team.

Key Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

• Building and maintaining high-quality, engaging learning content
• Ensure learning content is relevant and engaging
• Demonstrate ownership for the timely delivery of projects and the success of our team’s strategy and desired outcomes while proactively monitoring risks/delays for projects
• Collaborating with colleagues to navigate desired outcomes and goals for the team.
• Share innovative ideas and well-developed plans to take us to the next level
• Enable customer and partner success through excellent delivery
• Mentoring colleagues on the skills, knowledge, and behaviors to successfully develop learning for Sage products
