As the Learning & Development Manager at Jellycat, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of growth and innovation by developing and implementing impactful training programs. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify development needs, designing engaging learning initiatives, and cultivating leadership pipelines to support our organizational goals. You’ll be:
- Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs that align with organizational goals and support the growth and development of employees.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to assess development needs and create tailored training solutions.
- Designing, delivering, and evaluating engaging training programs, including leadership development initiatives, onboarding, and skill-specific workshops.
- Creating and managing training content across multiple formats, such as e-learning modules, manuals, and interactive workshops.
- Establishing KPIs and benchmarks to assess the effectiveness of training programs and implementing improvements as needed.
- Facilitating leadership development programs and coaching sessions to cultivate a pipeline of internal leaders.
- Partnering with the Human Resources Director and HR Operations Manager to align learning initiatives with broader organizational strategies.
- Staying up to date with industry trends to ensure Jellycat’s training programs remain innovative and effective.
- Managing budgets and vendor relationships for training-related initiatives.
- Leveraging data and analytics to track learning effectiveness and support continuous improvement efforts.
You’ll have:
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in learning and development, including designing and delivering training programs.
- Expertise in adult learning methodologies, instructional design, and e-learning platforms.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and tools like Articulate, Canva, or similar platforms.
- A data-driven approach to assessing training effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with a passion for developing talent and fostering a culture of learning.
