What You Will Do:
- Manage demand, intake, and deployment processes for leadership development programming to efficiently meet business goals
- Evaluate existing curriculum or learning solutions and recommend appropriate approaches for improving the quality, cost, and value of development programs.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting to support program evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee contracting and relationship management with internal & external partners, ensuring compliance and quality delivery.
What You Will Have:
- Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
- Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
- Training Needs Analysis: Ability to leverage tools, techniques and methods to assist with training needs analysis; ability to identify what people need to learn for successful individual and organizational performance.
- Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.
Successful candidates will also have:
- Experience coordinating large-scale leadership development programming
- Demonstrated data literacy including gathering, cleaning, and managing data in support of process automation
- Experience contracting and managing relationships with external vendors, internal procurement partners
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across teams and with external partners, leveraging interpersonal and communication skills.

Summary Pay Range:
$87,480.00 – $131,280.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
