Responsibilities

Summary: (Fully Remote)

The Learning Enablement & AI Specialist supports the creation and delivery of learning content. This role focuses on developing clear, useful learning materials and using modern tools—including AI tools—to create, update, and scale content efficiently.

This is a hands-on L&OD role that partners with subject matter experts, the business, and People teams to turn information into practical learning resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and update learning content such as job aids, guides, playbooks, and short learning resources.
  • Use modern tools, including AI tools, to draft, edit, summarize, and refresh learning content efficiently.
  • Translate complex information from subject matter experts into clear, practical learning materials.
  • Adapt learning content into different formats to support varied audiences and learning needs.
  • Support learning rollouts with simple communications and enablement materials.
  • Maintain and organize learning content so it is easy for employees to find and use.
  • Apply basic learning best practices to ensure content is clear, consistent, and usable.
  • Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to improve learning materials over time.
  • Stay current on learning tools and AI capabilities that can improve content creation and delivery.
  • Partner with People teams and the business to support day‑to‑day learning and enablement needs.
  • Design and scale AI‑enabled learning experiences, including AI literacy, role‑based enablement, and just‑in‑time learning solutions.
  • Translate emerging AI capabilities into clear learning use cases for employees, leaders, and People partners.
  • Partner with L&OD, HR Technology, and Digital teams to integrate AI into learning platforms, workflows, and content ecosystems.
  • Curate and maintain AI learning assets, playbooks, prompts, and enablement guides aligned to business needs.
  • May assume other duties as applied.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
  • Experience creating learning or enablement content (job aids, guides, playbooks, or similar materials)
  • Comfort using digital tools for content creation (documents, presentations, basic video or visual tools)
  • Practical experience using AI tools to draft, edit, summarize, or improve content
  • Ability to translate input from subject matter experts into clear, usable learning resources
  • Basic understanding of learning or enablement best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and content quality
  • Ability to manage multiple content updates and priorities at the same time
  • Collaborative working style and comfort partnering with cross‑functional teams
  • Willingness to learn new tools and continuously improve how learning content is created and delivered.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Copilot and Cornerstone OnDemand

Physical Role Requirements

  • Be seated at a computer intermittently for up to eight hours a day.
  • Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
  • Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers and phones.
  • Repetitive motions using hands and digits; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.

Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Ongoing learning/certifications related to learning design, content development, or digital/AI tools preferred.

Minimum Experience required (number of years necessary to perform role) :

  • 3+ years of experience required in learning enablement, training, instructional support or learning content deployment.

Other/State Specific

This role pays between $61,000/Yr to $65,000/Yr , and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
