About the Role:
As a LED Analyst / Senior LED Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of designing transformative learning experiences that enable Salesforce teams and customers to succeed. You’ll go beyond building training – you’ll act as a strategic partner and performance consultant, diagnosing root causes, shaping solutions, and ensuring learning programs drive measurable impact.
Senior Analysts lead projects end-to-end, mentor junior team members, and bring advanced instructional design, data, and technology expertise to solve complex challenges. You’ll champion accessibility, experiment with new tools (including AI), and translate diverse stakeholder perspectives into clear, high-impact solutions.
This is a role for a builder and innovator – someone who can design, influence, and elevate both the craft of learning and the business outcomes it enables.

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $73,900 to $127,400.
For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $81,400 to $140,200.
