Job Summary
The Learning Experience Designer (LED) at the U-M Center for Innovation (UMCI) will help design and optimize learning experiences for a diverse set of learners across master’s degree programs and workforce development programs. You will focus on developing engaging, accessible, and competency-driven learning experiences that align with industry needs, academic excellence, and workforce readiness. Reporting to the Director of Academic Content Strategy, you will work with UMCI program managers, U-M faculty, industry partners, and community organizations to design inclusive, real-world learning experiences. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will use program evaluation and learner feedback to develop and refine impactful learning solutions
guided by data and results.
You will have a hybrid work schedule with a blend of remote and onsite responsibilities.
