The North America Public Sector Red Hat Training team is looking for an extremely organized and detail-­oriented associate​ to join us. In this role, you will provide high touch service in order to manage education services such as training delivery oversight and coordination, course enrollments, and consumption reporting. Additionally, you will support Training Specialists (TS) and Territory Services Manager (TSM) as needed on high complexity projects. This role requires excellent organizational skills and technology management. You will be part of a high-performing, government focused team working cross-functionally, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Customer Success, Operations, Curriculum and Certification teams within Red Hat to ensure successful consumption and delivery of training products and courses.

What you will do:

  • Dedicated customer service point of contact
    • Event management and coordination for onsite delivery, open enrollment and virtual training enrollment
    • Red Hat Learning Subscription assignments and demonstrations
    • Red Hat Learning Subscription skills path creation and user support
    • Red Hat Learning Subscription consumption management and reporting
    • Trouble ticket support associated with training services
    • Run project management reviews with key stakeholders
  • Serve as the interface between the customer needs/requirements/requests and broader services organization; document offering specifications and communicate necessary details to respective customers
  • Collaboration with partners to disseminate information around Learning Subscription updates and create broader awareness of training availability and functionality

What you will bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional presentation skills with knowledge of virtual delivery platforms (zoom, google meets, teams, etc). 
  • High standard of organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
  • BS/BA in a related field or equivalent experience required
  • Excellent project and program management skills

The salary range for this position is $84,400.00 – $134,970.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
