We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on individual contributor who is passionate about interactive learning experiences. This role is responsible for leading the strategy and development of new interactive learning experiences as well as managing existing partnerships. 

It combines product vision, technical expertise, strong project management and cross-functional leadership to ensure success implementation and delivery of interactive experiences. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end management of learner experiences across multiple hands-on lab platforms and emerging environments. The role is critical to ensuring that new learning programs launch with properly configured, secure, and scalable lab experiences. The Learning Experiences Interactivity Product Manager – Platform will also drive partner onboarding and lab integration efforts, and prototype new learner experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Innovation: Lead the development and delivery of immersive, hands-on interactive learning experiences that advance learner engagement and set new standards for impactful learning
  • Interactivity Transformative Standards Leader: Lead the development and implementation of robust, organization-wide standards for the creation, management, and scalable delivery of interactive experiences.
  • Cross-Functional and Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with partners across Microsoft to ensure that interactive labs can be developed and delivered at scale to support the demand.
  • Manage Project Management and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of new Interactive experiences, ensuring clear timelines, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
  • Support Program Delivery: Work with program owners to deliver effective labs focused on security, cost-efficiency, and scalability, laying the groundwork for innovation and enhanced learner experience.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in the in the training industry and/or a learning focused role. 

Preferred qualifications

  • 3+ years of instructional design.
  • Project management and stakeholder engagement skills and experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Learn, Applied Skills, Training, and certification programs.
  • Experience working in a large-scale collaborative environment.

Product Management IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 – $258,000 per year.
