Position Summary
As a Learning Technology Lead at Oncor, you’ll serve as the Talent Development team’s main point of contact for learning technology changes, governance, and capability building. This role is responsible for transforming how learning technologies – including the learning management system (LMS), SharePoint, e-learning authoring tools, and emerging digital tools, are used across the organization to create scalable, modern, and consistent learning experiences. This position partners closely with the LMS Supervisor to help establish governance, lead system optimization, and build capability across learning administrators.
The Learning Technology Lead will develop standardized processes, workflows, and certification pathways to elevate the effectiveness and consistency of the LMS. This role will also incorporate instructional designer responsibilities, including needs analysis, curriculum development, complex learning solution design, and helping to lead the Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy to enhance content creation and learning delivery.
