Position Summary…

As a Program/Product Manager within the Learning & Development (L&D) Technology team, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of enterprise learning platforms and tools. You’ll drive automation, reporting, and operational efficiency across L&D systems, while enabling scalable, data-informed learning experiences. Acting as a connector between business, technology, and vendor partners, you will ensure that learning systems align with organizational priorities and deliver meaningful value to associates, stakeholders, and customers.

  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and continuous enhancement of L&D technologies, ensuring tools are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned to business goals
  • Drive automation and workflow optimization across learning systems to eliminate manual processes and increase efficiency
  • Own vendor management activities, including RFPs, contracts, onboarding, and performance oversight
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting to measure learning effectiveness, speed to proficiency, and compliance
  • Ensure system stability and uptime through proactive monitoring, root cause analysis, and collaboration with IT and vendors
  • Oversee LMS administration, including user access, role management, and data integrity
  • Manage cross-functional projects, define roadmaps, and track milestones for learning technology initiatives
  • Implement quality assurance and structured testing practices for system releases and content updates
  • Support agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization activities
  • Mentor and lead a team of system administrators and analysts, fostering growth, accountability, and technical acumen

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level learning systems, tools, and platforms in a corporate environment
  • Strong background in program or product management with a focus on L&D, HR technology, or enablement solutions
  • Demonstrated success driving process automation and integrating learning systems with enterprise platforms (e.g., HRIS, CRM)
  • Expertise in data analysis and visualization using Power BI or similar tools
  • Knowledge of LMS administration, learning content standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI), and system integrations
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering in agile or hybrid environments
  • Strong vendor management skills, including contract negotiation and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership capabilities
  • A passion for learning, innovation, and delivering exceptional associate experiences

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.‎

Minimum Qualifications…

Option 1:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in learning and development, training, customer service center, or related field.  Option 2:  4 years’ experience in learning and development, training, customer service center, or related field.
