As Manager, Learning & Development, reporting to the US-based Director of Talent Management and Development, you will play a pivotal people leader role, responsible for driving the growth and capability of both our workforce and our regional Learning & Development Managers. In this newly expanded position, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of regional L&D Managers, ensuring all learning initiatives are aligned, effective, and support our global ambitions. Additionally, you will continue to personally manage and facilitate all US-based onboarding and training workshops.

In this role you will…

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional Learning & Development Managers, providing strategic direction, coaching, and support to ensure regional excellence and consistency in delivery.
  • Serve as the primary facilitator for all US-based onboarding and training sessions, ensuring high-quality learning experiences and participant engagement.
  • Conduct continuous skill and gap analyses in partnership with your team, validate findings through data, and consult with subject matter experts (SMEs) and leadership.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of adaptive, innovative, and forward-thinking learning solutions across regions, while retaining direct responsibility for U.S. programs.
  • Collaborate closely with the People Team and senior leaders, identifying evolving skill needs and empowering employees with robust tools, assessments, and learning pathways for career advancement.
  • Champion talent management practices such as Development Conversations, Cultural Initiatives, and Onboarding programs, ensuring a globally consistent but locally tailored approach.
  • Curate and coordinate globally accessible learning content and programs in partnership with your team.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and solutions to enhance onboarding and ongoing training, including:
    • Utilizing personalized learning platforms based on role, skills, and goals.
    • Implementing adaptive technologies to dynamically adjust content.
    • Employing sentiment analysis for continual improvement.
  • Assign training duties to team members as appropriate in other regions, ensuring coverage and excellence, while maintaining direct facilitation in the U.S.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and development planning with your team; manage workload distribution and foster collaboration and best practice sharing.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required in support of the Director of Talent Management and Development.

You’ve got what it takes if you…

  • Have 7–10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, including experience managing or leading a team of L&D professionals (SaaS industry highly preferred).
  • Demonstrate proven ability to lead and develop people managers, including in virtual, matrixed, and/or global environments.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Exhibit creative problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset.
  • Have strong proficiency in creating digital collateral using Canva, Camtasia, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bring expertise with AI technologies relevant to L&D.
  • Are adept at applying adult learning theories and instructional design principles to drive business outcomes.
  • Know how to measure and evaluate program effectiveness and stay abreast of L&D trends and innovation.
  • Demonstrate strong change management skills and adaptability, supporting employees and teams through organizational change.

The disclosed salary range reflects the geographic differential based on the location of the position if applicable. The starting salary for the successful applicant will depend on several job-related factors, including education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, and market demands.
