Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Manager, Talent & Learning Technology to lead the optimization of learning systems and processes within the HR Technology function. This role will serve as a critical bridge between HR Technology and Talent Management, ensuring that learning technologies effectively support enterprise-wide talent development strategies. Collaborate with the Technical Excellence team to ensure alignment across AECOM’s TechEx strategy and our talent and learning platform portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in learning systems, process design, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to influence technology strategy and drive innovation.
This position offers flexibility for remote work schedules and can be based from a variety of locations in the US.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $145,000.00 – $170,000.00.
