Job Description
This position exists to support the Office of Corporate Training and Professional Education (CTPE) in its role as a market-driven, self-supporting unit by leading the rapid design and development of high-quality professional training programs. The role is responsible for independently researching workforce needs, translating industry demand into relevant learning experiences, and delivering programs on an accelerated timeline to remain competitive in a rapidly evolving landscape shaped by emerging technologies and shifting employer expectations. This position ensures CTPE can continuously produce innovative, revenue-generating programs that meet the needs of working professionals and organizational partners while maintaining high standards of instructional quality and market relevance.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Adult Education or Design, or equivalent field.
Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelor’s degree.
