About the Team
Workday’s Global Revenue Enablement team is seeking a highly qualified and visionary Principal Learning Experience Designer, AI Strategy. This isn’t just a senior individual contributor role; it’s a pivotal opportunity to define and drive how AI transforms our learning experience workflows. This unique position offers a compelling blend of strategic leadership and hands-on impact, empowering us to pioneer new approaches and leverage innovative technology to achieve unprecedented efficiency. About the Role
This critical role combines strategic leadership with expert execution, focusing on two key areas:
Pioneering AI Integration (75%):
You will be the architect of our AI strategy for learning design, defining how AI tools and systems are integrated and optimized to dramatically enhance our team’s productivity, efficiency, and scale! This involves identifying, evaluating, and championing the best-in-class AI solutions, building compelling cases for investment, and leading the charge in developing standard processes and training for our team’s effective and ethical AI usage. You’ll be our primary Learning Design AI subject matter expert, staying ahead of trends and ensuring seamless integration with IT and other cross-functional partners.
Expert Learning Experience Design (25%):
While driving AI strategy, you’ll also apply your deep instructional design expertise to lead the design and development of highly complex, strategic, and engaging learning experiences. You’ll continue to create innovative online, blended, and instructor-led solutions, demonstrating mastery of e-learning authoring tools. This part of the role offers the chance to directly influence high-impact projects, collaborate with executive leadership, and mentor other designers.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
