We are searching for a motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team part-time. This is a varied role—perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. One day you might be testing and identifying product bugs, the next troubleshooting a client support issue, or writing a knowledge base article. If you’re a quick learner who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and occasionally sharing your best Spotify playlist or cat meme, you’ll fit right in.

This role has the potential for growth and expanded responsibilities.

What you will be doing:

  • Review design specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the software product.
  • Identify appropriate parameters, functions, and data to test and validate; parameters may include general function, validity of results, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Conduct testing to ensure the product performs according to requirements and within established guidelines.
  • Identify, log, and recreate error codes, bugs, and defects to development team
  • Assist clients with the use and setup of LTI 1.1 and 1.3 in various LMSs, including Canvas, Moodle, Brightspace, Schoology etc.
  • Provide input on product roadmap.
  • Seek out AI solutions to improve QA processes, documentation, etc.
  • Assist with setting up and running canned reports for clients and sales team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, or related field OR 3–5 years of equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Proficiency with website content management systems (WordPress preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, accessibility standards, educational technology, or AI tools.
  • Bonus: experience with accessibility and/or screen readers
  • U.S. Citizenship and Residency Required

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
